BUYER CANCELLATION
Nowadays, many of us shop directly from our smartphones, where limited screen size can sometimes lead to misclicks. Additionally, shopping can be an emotional experience, and you might change your mind after making a purchase. If you placed an order by mistake or decide to change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours using the contact methods listed at the end of this page to submit a cancellation request.
REFUND/REPLACEMENT
Since you love our products and decided to purchase them, we hope you won’t need to request a refund. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive products that fall under any of the following situations, please contact us to request a return or replacement.
Eligible products
- Defective or damaged items upon receipt.
- Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design)
Ineligible reasons
- No longer need: Sorry, but we only allow cancellations within 24 hours, so we can't accept this reason after that period.
- Wrong size: Each product includes a size chart for customers to choose the correct size.
- Any other reasons due to customer responsibility: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for other reasons outside of our policy.
How to process a return/replacement
- Contact us within the valid timeframe: Any requests submitted after 14 days will not be considered.
- Take clear pictures of the products to support your reason for the return or replacement. The pictures must clearly show the defect.
- Allow 2-3 days for us to investigate the request.
- Check your email for our final decision and the solution we offer.
Return or Replacement
We offer two main solutions: return or replacement. If you choose to return the item, we will initiate the return process within 1-3 business days after receiving your confirmation. The refunded amount will typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days. However, please note that it may take longer due to bank processing, but it should not exceed 15 days. If the refund is not visible in your account after this period, please contact us promptly.
If you prefer a replacement, we would be happy to send you a new item. Please note that the replacement product must be of equal or lesser value than the original item purchased.
